Rockville Before and Afters

This is a recent project we completed in Rockville, MD. The home had 20 year old CertainTeed Horizon Shingles that were in desperate need of replacement. So, we did what we do best!

We breathed new life into this gorgeous home with beautiful new CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime AR Shingles in a brand new color, Colonial Slate. We replaced the metal valleys with center cut valleys. And, we gave them new flashing at the chimney and on the gazebo roof. Last but not least, we painted all of the pipe collars – Leaving you with this updated beauty!
